Mascot Metropolitan guarantees the LapPro, free from factory defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. This includes straps, pads and any accessories sold with the LapPro. User must provide a copy of the original proof of purchase.

The five year warranty applies to Mascot Metropolitan manufactured cases only and excludes normal wear and tear, scuff-marks, scratches, natural change in leather and wood, natural faults in leather and wood, damage caused by improper use, airline damage and damage caused by extreme hot and cold temperatures.

To obtain warranty service during the warranty period:

  1. Call Technical Support:

    24 Hours a day 7 days a Week
  2. Give a full description of the problem with your full name, address and telephone number.
  3. We will contact you with a Return Authorization Number (RA #).
  4. Pack the product in its original packaging or any other secure box so no further damage occurs.
    Be sure to enclose:
    • a letter with your name, address, and phone number
    • RA # and a brief description of the problem
    • a copy of the sales receipt
  5. Clearly mark the outside of the box with your RA #.
    We will not accept any return without an RA # on the outside of the package.
  6. Send the product postage-prepaid to:
